Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Location : Colorado Springs, CO (Hybrid flexibility – in-person client visits required)
Salary Range : $82,000 – $85,500 (commensurate with experience)
Schedule : Full-time, flexible hours with half-day Fridays

What You’ll Do
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you’ll support infants and young children through early intervention services that empower families to foster developmental growth within their everyday routines. You’ll collaborate with parents and interdisciplinary teams to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that truly makes a difference.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include :
Conduct developmental and functional assessments to evaluate motor skills and adaptive equipment needs.
Design and deliver therapy aligned with each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) .
Partner closely with families and professionals to create meaningful, achievable support plans.
Provide consultation and serve as a primary provider when appropriate.
Coach parents in incorporating therapeutic strategies into daily life.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, assessments, and case notes.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, IFSP reviews, and transition planning.
Stay up to date with best practices through ongoing professional development and licensure maintenance.
Mentor and collaborate with contractors to foster a culture of learning and excellence.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred).
Current Colorado OT License .
At least 1 year of pediatric OT experience (early intervention experience strongly preferred).
Valid Colorado driver’s license and reliable, insured personal vehicle.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no more than 3 major violations in the past 3 years).
Ideal Skills & Attributes
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with families and colleagues.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in community-based settings.
Strong understanding of IDEA Part C regulations and early childhood best practices.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in electronic documentation systems and mobile tools.
