Job Description

Responsible for the management and control of all warehouse and receiving activities. Coordinates all transactions for the receiving dock and warehouse. Ensure that goods received are in accordance with the purchase order. Ensure the proper handling, storage, and rotation of all supplies on property. Responsible for the development and implementation of control procedures to ensure that assets are appropriately safeguarded. Ensure adequate controls are in place regarding issuance of products and goods to maintain accurate accountability of goods. Make recommendations to management regarding procedural enhancements to ensure the continued effective operation of assigned functions. Maintain and control proper inventory levels. Ensure that all documentation is complete on products received. Manage staff to meet all pickup, delivery, and receiving functions. Coordinate and assist in the inventory process. Other duties as assigned by management Five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience in a warehouse / distribution center environment. Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and customer relations skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Stratton Warren experience preferred. Able to operate a forklift, pallet jack, weigh scale, pull-cart, hand truck. Able to lift 40 pounds. Must be able to obtain / maintain any necessary certifications and / or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.

Is this position responsible for selling, serving or distributing alcoholic beverages or do they have comp authority? No Do employees in this position have contact with gaming patrons on the gaming floor? No
