Do you have experience with personal insurance, but not satisfied in your current workplace culture? Are you a proven winner, but your current surroundings aren't conducive to growth! Our company is seeking motivated salespeople who aren't content and want to win! We invest in the development of our team members and our our customers choose to stay with us year in and year out! COME JOIN OUR TEAM AND WINNING CULTURE. Currently, only seeking individuals who have a Property and Casualty License (Allstate experience a plus). Sales agents can expect a base salary of 35 to 42k plus monthly and annual commission. At target you will make $78,000 annually, but there is no commission cap!

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs

Requirements

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train the right individual.
  • Prior Sales Experience.
  • Career minded vision.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
