We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dual Server / Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience. This role involves crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and providing top-notch service in a fine dining or nightclub setting.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
  • Engage with guests to provide personalized service, recommend drinks, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate drink service during banquets or catering events.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently serve multiple guests during peak hours.

    • Requirements

  • Previous as a server or bartender experience in a restaurant or bar setting is required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and food handling regulations.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.
  • Experience with fine dining service or banquet operations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of various beverage types, including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
