General Purpose :
Help achieve company financial and strategic objectives by providing ongoing operational training and support
to field personnel. Provide Superior Customer Service in all aspects of the job.
Essential Functions :
- Respond to inquiries from field personnel regarding operating procedures and use of company information
systems resources
Serve as liaison between end users and IS department to resolve system functionality issues experiencedby end users
Test functionality of newly developed systems or system enhancements. Provide feedback to managerregarding concerns or problems with software or equipment
Deliver systems and operational process training to field personnelProvide in branch support as needed for rollovers, new branch startups and / or as other needs ariseSupport the implementation of new operations systems projects, initiatives, or programsProvide support around the development and implementation of forms and operational SOPsSupport training and processing needs associated with acquisitionsPerform branch operational audits independently. Compile, analyze and share results with management.Address any observed knowledge gaps with training and support.Assist the field with I-9 and Tracker I-9 system inquiriesHelp implement new time keeping systems when requested and provide ongoing support forinstalled solution
Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor in a timely and accurate mannerDesired Skills & Experience :
Able to demonstrate good project management skillsCollege degree or equivalent years of experience and trainingMinimum 2 years staffing industry experienceProficient with browser-based application environments and windows-based programsStrong organizational, prioritization and detail orientation skillsAble to demonstrate a basic understanding of business operationsPossesses a solid grasp of the legal requirements surrounding the screening / hiring process as well as anyElwood specific nuances
