We're currenlty seeking for a Warehouse Operator who will be responsible for varied daily tasks such as restocking shelves, accepting incoming orders, processing and packing orders, counting inventory and ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner. Help customers resolve technical problems and inquiries associated with equipment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery according to schedule
- Receiving and processing warehouse stock products.
- Inspecting incoming shipments to ensure that they meet quality standards before being stored in the warehouse.
- Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Complete diary logs into inventory
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers with questions concerning company technological user interface.
- They interview and listen to clients to identify their needs and provide entry level technical solutions. Also involves training individuals on how to use technical products and services.
- Escalate difficult issues to superiors for expert resolution. Ensure compliance with standards established procedures for addressing client concerns.
- Maintain record of call transactions.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
