Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data management, governance, or quality within the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with data quality management and continuous improvement practices.
• Familiarity with data catalog tools such as Collibra, Alation, or Informatica.
• Proven ability to create and enforce data policies and standards.
• Previous interactions with regulatory bodies regarding data management compliance are preferred.
• Experience with AI-driven data governance tools is a plus.

The Sr. Enterprise Data Governance Analyst position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000-$75,000 annually, along with 22 days of PTO, 5 days of short-term disability, 11 paid holidays, and a float holiday.
