Tax Manager North Dallas, TX

We are currently working with a highly respected mid-size CPA firm in North Dallas that is actively seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join their team. This firm offers the resources and expertise of a Top 10 firmmany of the partners and staff previously came from national firmswhile maintaining the balance, culture, and flexibility of a mid-size practice.

Position Highlights :

  • Competitive base salary : $130,000 $175,000 + performance-based bonuses
  • Manageable busy seasons : 5055 hours per week
  • Hybrid / remote flexibility available

Qualifications :

  • CPA license or CPA eligibility preferred
  • 45 years of progressive tax experience, ideally within public accounting
  • Strong technical knowledge across a variety of industries
  • Experience with UltraTax software preferred (not required)
  • Proven ability to manage engagements and mentor staff
