- Manage and supervise the service department staff, including technicians and advisors.
- Ensure high-quality automotive repairs and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective service department policies and procedures.
- Prepare and monitor service department budgets and financial goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
Qualifications :
Some Service Department Managerial experience in the automotive industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Knowledge of automotive repair processes and systems.Ability to analyze and problem-solve effectively.Benefits :
