Job Description

Benefits :

  • Company parties
  • Flexible schedule
  • Paid time off

About Us

Were a fast-growing used car dealership on track to do $60M in revenue this year . Our operator is 28 years old, entrepreneurial, and strong at vision, growth, and finishing big initiatives. What were looking for is a seasoned leader to help take us from big vision to well-oiled machine.

The Role

This is not a typical COO role. Were looking for someone who has already had a successful career in leadership and operations , may even be retired or semi-retired, and is now looking for a meaningful opportunity to mentor, guide, and shape the next generation of leadership.

Youll come alongside our operator to :

  • Build systems and processes that support scalable growth
  • Hold teams accountable while maintaining strong culture and unity
  • Translate vision into aligned, day-to-day execution
  • Teach the organization (and its young leader) how to fully leverage the COO role
  • Help plan and prepare for a long-term successor to carry the company forward
  • Who Were Looking For

  • Someone with deep management and leadership experience (industry doesnt matter automotive knowledge is not required)
  • A true people person who values culture, unity, and team success above all
  • Patient, encouraging, and collaborative a natural mentor
  • Overqualified for this role, but excited by the chance to invest in people and leave a legacy
  • Open to part-time (around 30 hours / week) and flexible schedules
  • Why This Role Is Unique

  • Youll be intentionally overqualified and underpaid compared to your previous career stops. This role isnt about chasing a bigger title or paycheck its about purpose.
  • Youll work directly with a young, driven operator and help him grow into the kind of leader who can carry a company for decades.
  • Youll set the foundation for an eventual long-term COO who will continue the journey once you decide to step away.
  • Compensation & Commitment

  • Flexible schedule (~30 hours / week)
  • Competitive but intentionally modest pay relative to experience (we value impact and alignment over pure comp)
  • Opportunity to build something lasting, with a strong team culture, and make a measurable difference in the lives of our people
  • The most important thing that you should know about this organization is that we are a Christ-Centered organization. Not just a faith-based organization. In everything that we do, we model ourselves and how we serve after Jesus. Our operator believes that the great commission is the call that we all have on our lives, to go and make disciples of all nations.

We are an organization that understands that if we look up in 30 years and have done an outstanding job at growing, building, and serving but we have not made disciples, we will have missed the mark.

If focusing on the soul more than the sale excites you. If building team members in relation to eternity rather than this carrier excites you, we would love to talk! Otherwise, this may not be the best fit for you.
