The Role : Seeking a strategic, data-driven, and operationally excellent Director of Learning & Development to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our firmwide learning initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a combination of operational excellence, instructional design mastery, and polished facilitation presence along with the ability to translate business strategy into a cohesive learning vision. This role is highly collaborative, strategic, and hands-on, requiring both big-picture thinking and strong execution.

Pay Range Guidelines for this Position :
The salary range for this position is 170,000 USD to 190,000 USD. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience and skills. In addition to your salary, Heidrick & Struggles offers discretionary bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including : medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off and 401k contribution.
