Billing Manager

  • Our client is a leading nonprofit organization focused on providing services for individuals in terms of treatment support, housing, and family support
  • Work alongside one of the strongest accounting teams in nonprofit, with a chance to grow and expand your experience.
  • This position will be fully on site in Downtown, Manhattan location with opportunity for hybrid in the future.
  • Management level position, overseeing a staff of four
  • Extremely stable, over $100M operating budget, continuing to expand yearly
  • Large but tight knit accounting department, internal movement is highly encouraged

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise Medical Billing team of four.
  • Responsibilities include but not limited to reviewing staff billing, overseeing revenue cycle, review validation of programs.
  • Oversight of third-party billing / program billing

    • Experience Preferred :

  • Minimum four years of experience
  • Experience with medical billing specifically Medicare / Medicaid regulations
  • Strong excel including v lookups and pivot tables
