Job Requirements

Education Requirements : Valid LPN license (state-specific as applicable)

Certifications Requirements : Valid LPN license, CPR certification (if required by state)

Experience Requirements : 0+ years of LPN experience in long-term care or similar settings

Other Requirements : Resume submission required; must be comfortable working night shifts; eager to work over 40 hours / week; reliable and compassionate

  • Provide patient care in accordance with facility protocols for long-term care residents.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient condition and report changes to supervising staff.
