JOB TITLE : Customer Service Representative (In-Office)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Part-time (2–3 days per week) with opportunity to become full-time.

LOCATION : Schuylkill Haven, PA

PAY RANGE : $16.50 – $18.50 per hour depending on experience

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our growing State Farm team as a Customer Service Representative. This position plays an important role in helping clients manage their insurance accounts and providing excellent service both in person and over the phone.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, by phone, and by email

Assist clients with billing questions, policy changes, and account updates

Maintain accurate records and data entry within agency systems

Support licensed agents with daily service tasks and client communications

Work collaboratively with the team to meet agency service goals

Follow established procedures and maintain compliance with company policies

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication skills in person and over the phone

Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems

Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous customer service experience preferred but not required

Insurance experience or licensing is a plus but not required
