Job Description
Target Pay Rate : $28 / hr
- salary will be commensurate with experience
The Opportunity
The client Support Network (RSN) supports customers throughout the service journey. As part of the RSN Operations team, this position involves providing operations support, acting as a primary contact for service inquiries, troubleshooting issues, supporting field representatives, maintaining workload balance, communicating effectively, and documenting according to guidelines.
Requires fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures knowledge, with some evaluation and originality. Work can be varied and challenging, contributing independently or with a team towards departmental goals. Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed and focus on continuous quality improvement.

Hours during training : 8 am - 5 pm; shift : 12 pm - 9 pm.
