Leads and performs the duties of a Banker II, directly managing 1-5 bankers in the branch. Acts as the branch leader when the Bank or Market Manager is absent. Collaborates with the Teller Supervisor and Bankers to meet or exceed sales, service, operational, and financial goals. Drives daily sales activities to acquire new consumer and small business customers, cross-sell to existing customers, and identify new business opportunities. Builds full-relationship banking by exceeding customer expectations and meeting a broad range of financial needs. Demonstrates all customer channels, including digital capabilities. Leads by example in achieving goals, mastering sales processes, operational procedures, policies, and making sound judgments. Provides coaching, conducts observations, and supervises colleagues in the absence of the Market Manager.

This position requires a credit check per 12 CFR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z. AMII positions will be deployed based on branch needs and opportunities, identified as "spoke" locations.

Operates in full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations, including BSA / AML and S.A.F.E. Act requirements. Must submit information to meet registry requirements, obtain a unique identifier, and maintain registration as directed.

This person will also :

• Assist customers with banking transactions, identify and service customer needs, and resolve issues.
• Identify, expand, and deepen customer relationships.
• Ensure proper processing of new accounts and pursue cross-sell opportunities.
• Refer customers to appropriate lines of business.
• Provide exceptional customer service through efficient transaction processing.
• Observe, coach, and develop bankers to reach performance objectives.
• Collaborate on scheduling, hiring, performance, and audits with the bank manager and teller supervisor.
• Train bankers on procedures, compliance, and operational standards.
• Proactively prospect at in-store locations.
