Description :

Must be trained in Pediatrics / NICU babies.

This position is in the Echo Cardiology department.

The facility has a total of 165 beds.

There are 2 echo techs on staff : 1 part-time and 1 full-time.

The part-time tech works 3 days a week from 07 : 00 to 15 : 00.

The full-time tech works 3 twelve-hour shifts on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday from 07 : 00 to 19 : 00.

Patient ratios and equipment types include GE Vivid E90 and GE Vivid E95.

The documentation system used is Meditech.

Call requirements include taking call every other week, 7 days a week from 19 : 00 to 07 : 00.

Typical procedures performed include TEE and Echo.

Candidates must be able to function independently.

Candidates must be easily adaptable to the echo process and equipment.

Dress code is black scrubs.

Position is a contractor replacement.
