What You'll Do

Champion Sponsorships : Sell advertisement sponsorships that fund the production of impactful educational materials.

Travel to Key Communities : Regularly visit law enforcement agencies, businesses, and community partners within your assigned territory to build relationships and close deals.

Drive Results & Support Growth : Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring sponsorships translate into real community engagement and a lasting impact.

Qualifications

Sales Experience : Proven success in field sales, ideally in advertising or sponsorship roles.

Relationship Builder : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with clients across a diverse territory.

Independent & Self-Motivated : Ability to manage a high-volume territory, set your own schedule, and meet or exceed sales goals.

Willingness to Travel : Embrace frequent travel as a core part of this position.

Resilient Go-Getter : Determination to learn, adapt, and excel despite challenges.

Compensation & Benefits

1099 Position : With uncapped earning potential and bi-weekly commissions.

Expected First-Year Earnings : Approximately $110,000, with opportunities to exceed that via performance-based incentives.
