Job Description

As a Security Guard - Media Facility Patrol in Mount Juliet, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or potential threats.
  • Observe and report any irregularities, such as suspicious activities or security-related breaches, within the facility and surrounding areas.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client personnel to maintain a professional and secure environment.
  • Assist with access control procedures, including monitoring entry and exit points, to help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.
  • Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding daily activities, incidents, and / or security-related concerns observed during patrols.
  • Remain alert to environmental and operational changes that may impact the security-related needs of the location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
