Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Full-Time Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve students from Kindergarten through 12th grade in a K-12 school setting located in Central City, NE. The position is a full-semester contract, running from August 1st, 2025 through May 23rd, 2026.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for students from early childhood through grade 12
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Deliver direct speech and language intervention services to support communication development
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy goals
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary assessments
  • Support compliance with state and federal regulations related to speech and language services in schools

Required Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • State licensure or certification to practice as an SLP in Nebraska
  • Experience working with early childhood populations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders affecting school-aged children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, families, and school personnel
  • Ability to manage caseloads and maintain detailed records efficiently
  • Location : Central City, Nebraska
