Looking for a Facilities Leader / Handyman

• Maintain exterior and interior building brand guidelines
• Maintain storage shed, garbage enclosure brand guidelines
• Maintain monthly / quarterly equipment preventative maintenance
• Maintain & scheduling cleaning of exhaust units
• Perform monthly interior and exterior building walks to identify and address repairs
• Manage American Flag Federal and State mandates and replacing when torn

Prior experience in equipment maintenance, appliance repair, handyman work is highly desirable.
