Radiology Physician

A hospital in Massachusetts is seeking a board-certified Radiologist for a 4-month locum tenens assignment starting 10 / 06 / 2025. This full-time position requires expertise in general diagnostic radiology, CT body and neuro imaging, ER / STAT reads, fluoroscopy, joint and tendon / sheath injections, arthrograms, and CT / US-guided bone or soft tissue biopsies. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with Meditech EHR and possess an active Massachusetts medical license. This opportunity offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, with potential for extension beyond the initial assignment.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Perform general diagnostic radiology procedures
• Interpret CT scans for body and neurological imaging
• Provide ER / STAT reads as needed
• Conduct fluoroscopy examinations
• Administer joint and tendon / sheath injections
• Perform arthrograms
• Execute CT / US-guided bone or soft tissue biopsies
• Utilize Meditech EHR system for patient documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives as required
