Compliance Engineer

Element has an opportunity for a Compliance Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team in Morgan Hill, CA. Element is a test facility for wireless device certification, conducting regulatory and conformance testing for network test services. As a member of the operations team at our Morgan Hill, CA lab, the Engineer position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision. Salary Range : $33.00 - $35.00 / hour + 10% shift differential on night shift

Day Shift : 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Night Shift : 4 p.m - 1 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Performs and analyze SAR / RF and RF exposure compliance testing and evaluations per regulatory specifications.
• Compiling and reporting test results using MS Word, MS Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
• Evaluate devices and determine applicable standards.
• Work in a team environment and assist in development and improvement of test methodologies, reporting, coordination of various tasks, etc.
• Maintain laboratory test methods and test equipment.
