Objective 1 : Patient, Family and Customer-Centered Organization.

The Physical therapist is a primary care provider and one of the major contacts with the patients we serve. The customers come first and will always be treated with respect and dignity. AIR’s customer service initiatives will be followed and will be evaluated yearly as well as with customer surveys.

Objective 2 : Engaged Staff and Partners.

Therapists will attend monthly department meetings for the distribution of information from administration or senior staff to allow continuity of processes in the department. Each therapist will attempt to attend one or more CEU’s during a calendar year to maintain current knowledge and skills associated with updated treatment of patients.

Objective 3 : Improved Health of the Population.

National patient safety goals will be followed and tracked to ensure the best care and treatment of the patients we serve. Each patient will be assessed, including subjective statements indicating the progress or lack thereof and the need for other intervention. Physicians will be notified of their patient’s status by either progress note or discharge summary. AIR’s physical therapy patients will among the healthiest in the nation.

Objective 4 : Growth and Prosperity.

Therapist will strive to meet budgetary volumes and encourage physician referrals. New and updated equipment and programs will continue to be suggested to the Rehab manager for consideration to allow for growth of the department.

Facility can call off up to 36 hours per 13-week contract

Please note on occasion travelers could be required to float to other facilities within home facilities region

Guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation

Gross Pay (weekly) : $2926.0

Taxable Pay (weekly) : 1680.0

Non-taxable Pay (weekly) : 1246.0
