Job Summary :
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver / CNA to join our team at Brickmont of Woodstock in Woodstock, Georgia. As a Caregiver / CNA, you will provide personalized care and assistance to our residents in a warm and homelike environment. This is a full-time, hourly position in the healthcare / medical field, and you will work independently as an individual contributor. The compensation for this role is $16.50 to $17.50 per hour, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities :
Provide direct care and assistance to residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobilityTake and record vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionalsHelp residents with medication management and ensure all medications are taken according to prescribed instructionsObserve and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the nurse and / or supervisorAssist with meal preparation and feeding as neededFoster a safe and comfortable environment for residents by maintaining a clean and organized living spaceBuild positive relationships with residents, families, and team membersProvide emotional support and companionship to residentsParticipate in care planning meetings and document all care provided accurately and promptlyRequirements :
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a caregiver or CNA in a healthcare settingKnowledge of basic care techniques and infection control practicesAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEmpathetic and patient demeanorMust pass a background check and drug screeningEEOC Statement :
