Lot Attendant / Driver Responsibilities

Keeps the service area in a clean and orderly condition

Performs any combination of the following duties : Cleaning bays, sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs and office spaces

Empties trash and garbage containers

Moving vehicles

Driving the company courtesy shuttle

Driver / Lot Attendant Qualifications

Experience in customer service

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Must pass a background check and drug test

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Positive attitude

Previous janitorial / maintenance experience preferred

Great work ethic
