Systems Engineer Non-Common- Fully Cleared

Responsibilities

• Support the DevOps team in testing and troubleshooting our web application
• Collaborate with operations and development teams to identify testing needs and develop test plans
• Triage reported operational issues
• Monitor Tier 1 application health and status metrics
• Report issues detected during testing or system usage via the ticketing system
• Perform system and application installations and upgrades
• Provide operational support and / or training to users
• Monitor and respond to application related Jira Service Desk tickets
• Occasionally respond to mission critical after hours calls
• Participate in minor CONUS / OCONUS travel (˜ 1–2 times per year)

Salary Range

$180,000–$210,000, based on qualifications / experience
