Participate in a 1 : 4 weekend call and on-call rotation, with comprehensive support measures in place (24 / 7 security and staff response for codes). We offer a streamlined credentialing process, getting you started within 4 weeks, and will reimburse travel expenses. Benefit from a well-staffed inpatient team, including 4 psychiatrists upon your arrival. Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system for seamless documentation. Feel confident knowing the facility prioritizes patient and staff safety with 24 / 7 security guards. While child psychiatry opportunities are limited to weekend call crisis unit evaluations with transfer to adolescent facilities, the focus of this role is adult inpatient care. Board-certified in Psychiatry is mandatory. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required. An active New York state medical license at the time of application is necessary.
