Role Description

This is a full-time, office role for a Project Manager located in San Antonio, TX. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Daily tasks include supporting the onsite Superintendent, contracting and communicating with subcontractors, managing the project schedule, and tracking project financials, . The Project Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and handling any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Travel to jobsites throughout TX will be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a construction Project Manager
• Expert knowledge of construction plans and construction sequencing
• Project Management skills, including managing schedules and financials
• Experience with safety compliance and regulations
• Efficient task management skills and resourcefulness
• Strong leadership, relationship building, and communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve, negotiate, and handle issues that arise during projects
• Willingness to grow and advance in career
