To help fuel that growth, we need a Product Manager to join our Claims Platform in Spain .

Claims management is at the heart of Primas competitive advantagethis is your chance to lead and shape one of our most strategic and impactful areas.

As part of this team, youll help us turn user needs into seamless solutions informed by our design, data and business strategy. From discovery to delivery, youll work closely with designers, engineers and analysts to build solutions that are beautiful, functional and measurable.

What you'll do

• Define the product : alongside engineering and the business teams, define the detailed roadmap and product specifications for Spains claims management platform;
• Prioritisation and planning : prioritise and plan the product development efforts with the development teams and your stakeholders;
• Product delivery : collaborate with a cross-functional agile team to deliver on your plans, organising and taking part in the day to day work and making sure that everyone is working towards the same goals;
• Stakeholder management : your primary stakeholders will be Spains Claims team, but you will work with many other Prima departments, both locally and in the global organisation;
• Strategy : working closely with your department leadership team, contribute to the definition of the overall strategy for your product area.
