job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPrepare treatment rooms and patients so providers can start on time Assist chairside : setup, suction, passing instruments, retraction, and documentation Take and process x-rays, impressions, and study casts accurately Provide clear patient education and post-op instructions Maintain strict sterilization and infection control standards Accurately chart in our electronic records system Support dental emergencies and keep current BLS / CPR Contribute to a positive, collaborative, can-do culture Active Texas RDA license (or in-process and able to obtain prior to start—we can help you navigate) BLS / CPR certification (or willingness to complete before start date) Strong communication, empathy, and patient-first mindset Comfort with dental software and learning new systems High standards, attention to detail, and reliability Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment Experience is a plus, but not required for the right learner 30-60-90 Day Onboarding Plan with mentorship from a lead RDA and doctor Clear skills checklist : radiographs, room turnover, sterilization flow, charting, patient handoffs Regular feedback and coaching so you always know what "great" looks like Rooms ready before patients are seated and providers start on time Accurate, same-day charting and minimal x-ray retakes Patients leave feeling informed, comfortable, and cared for You uphold our standards and elevate the team around you Full-time, in-office (not remote) Customer service focused, hands-on clinical role Livingston, TX location—serve an incredible community without Houston traffic Step 1 : Quick application (resume + a few questions) Step 2 : 20-minute phone screen Step 3 : On-site working interview to meet the team and see the flow

Today's Dental | 604 N Willis Ave, Livingston, TX 77351 (about 1 hour north of Houston, No Traffic!! ) Pay : $16–$21 per hour, based on experience
