Retail Billing Analyst I

Customized Energy Solutions (CES) is hiring a Retail Billing Analyst I to join our growing Retail Services team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with billing, invoicing, or financial operations experience who is eager to build expertise in the energy industry.

As a Retail Billing Analyst, you'll ensure billing accuracy, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and support clients with billing-related issues. You'll also work with data sets, improve reporting tools, and help streamline billing operations. What You'll Do

• Manage daily billing processes, including data validation, exception handling, and quality checks.
• Generate, review, and reconcile client invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or escalations in a timely manner.
• Conduct system audits using Excel and SQL to confirm data integrity.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to improve billing workflows and reporting tools.
• Support process improvements and automation to increase billing efficiency.
