Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world's largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
Renewal by Andersen is looking to add to our growing Events and Retail Marketing Team! The retail and events staff serve as the lead generators for our company. They work out of various retail locations, events, trade shows, and outdoor events.
As the Onboarding and Training Coordinator you will be responsible for designing and executing effective onboarding processes, delivering engaging training sessions, and supporting the continuous development of employees. This role ensures new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company and equipped for success while fostering a culture of learning and growth across the organization. We are looking for someone who is comfortable providing feedback and coaching to a team in a fast-paced environment and doesn't mind working on the front lines with their team. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to foster a positive and efficient work environment.
