Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power Automate (both Desktop and Cloud flows), including building, deploying, and managing workflows. Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online integration, including migrating or transforming legacy workflows to the Power Platform. Proficiency in automation scripting, testing, and troubleshooting, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong process documentation and technical writing skills, with the ability to create and maintain detailed flow / process documentation for end-users and team members. Ability to optimize and refactor existing flows for enhanced efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Working knowledge of related Microsoft 365 services, such as Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive, as they relate to Power Automate integrations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams, stakeholders, and end-users. The assignment will begin on-site for the first week (first day at the client’s headquarters, remainder in Glen Allen). All candidates must reside in Virginia and be available for a virtual interview.

Position Summary
Our client is seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer on a long-term project within their Information Technology division. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and supporting Microsoft Power Automate flows and scripts, with a focus on automation within SharePoint Online.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide post-implementation support for Power Automate scripts
- Develop new Power Automate scripts as needed
- Optimize and improve efficiency of existing Power Automate scripts
- Enhance documentation and process flows related to Power Automate scripting
- Assist in converting existing workflows into Power Automate within SharePoint Online
