Senior Director of Va Customer Engagement

Pingwind is looking for a Senior Director of VA Customer Engagement. Responsibilities include :

  • Driving the full lifecycle of business development activities to build and manage a qualified and robust pipeline for Veterans Affairs.
  • Shaping and securing prime opportunities and sub-contracts.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships within VA to support a customer-focused approach to opportunity development.
  • Leading agency account planning, business development strategy, opportunity identification, and qualification, and customer engagement plans.
  • Engaging in conferences and industry events.
  • Developing and actively maintaining sales forecasts across assigned accounts and lines of business.
  • Leading business development staff and closely collaborating with shared resources to include corporate growth, capture, and proposal management.

Requirements include :

  • 20 years of experience supporting the major Information Technology initiatives of the Department of Veterans Affairs and other federal health customers.
  • Proven business development capabilities supporting Veteran Affairs opportunities.
  • Working knowledge of programs and priorities within VA and experience with active programs associated with veterans and military health care.
  • Strong industry knowledge and relationships.
  • A proven record of building business relationships built on trust, confidence, and results.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead relationship building activities with federal senior executives and leadership.
