Design and prototype intuitive experiences using UX artifacts like journey maps, wireframes, and mockups, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design fidelity. Enhance user engagement and onboarding by developing Pendo guides, interactive walkthroughs, and crafting clear, user-focused UX copy across the application. Measure and optimize product performance through audits, analytics tools, and dashboards to track success criteria and inform continuous UX improvements. Required to come to the office at least 2 times per week during the first 90 days. The Position : The Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher is primarily responsible for defining and executing the UX strategy for our products. The Senior UX Researcher will work with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure that our products meet the needs of our users and the business goals.
Who should apply?
- 5+ years of experience in UX research, design, or strategy, preferably at a SaaS Company
- Must have an online portfolio
- Experience with whiteboard, wireframing, prototyping tools such as Figma & Figjam
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
