job_description.job_card.job_descriptionShould have at least 2 years of experience climbing towers Verifiable work experience and references High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to communicate and understand verbal instructions in English Knowledge and proper use of various hand tools and power tools Willing to travel and work long hours / weekends / overnights as needed Knowledge in operating test equipment such as Passive Intermodulation (PIM) gear, Anritsu Site master and Fiber Test gear Microsoft Office computer skills a plus Must pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle check NWSA TTT1 preferred, but not required Must possess the following : Climbing / rescue certification First Aid / CPR certification RF Awareness training OSHA 10 Employee will regularly climb a vertical structure as needed, typically between 100 and 300 feet, but could be up to or over 500 feet above ground level Employee will regularly lift and carry over 80 pounds Employee will be required to work overhead Employee will regularly twist, bend, stand, crawl, or kneel to perform job Employee will periodically hand dig trenches Work environment is primarily outside and as such presents varying, sometimes extreme, weather conditions

- Conducts site prep including assembly, painting, kitting, labeling and color coding
- Conducts equipment inspections and completes proper documentation. Identifies unserviceable equipment and reports this to the foreman
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and RF design
- Installs, replaces, and troubleshoots wireless equipment based on direction
- Assists with rigging tower as needed
- Performs equipment testing such as sweeps, fiber optic, electrical and Passive Intermodulation (PIM) testing under supervision
- Properly operates equipment such as Capstan hoist, Ariel lifts, etc.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Follows all safety policies and procedures
