Salary : $70,000 - $110,000 per year

We are a well-established civil engineering firm with deep expertise in land development, eminent domain, and expert witness work (including stormwater management, utility infrastructure, permitting, sustainable design, and construction administration throughout Florida). We pride ourselves on transforming visionary projects through detailed engineering and dedicated client collaboration, delivering not just designs, but functional, permitted, and resilient built environments.

We are a smaller Civil Engineering firm located in Winter Park working not only in the field of Land Development but also Eminent Domain and Expert Witness. We work on all projects from single family lots to projects such as a 100-ac mixed use development with 0.25-mi roadway dedicated to a local municipality. We feel our smaller size gives an advantage over the larger firms as we are able to act quicker and more personally to our clients. We have all the experience of the big firms with the ability to act quickly. Our clients appreciate that.

We are a smaller Civil Engineering firm that continues to be blessed with plenty of work / backlog. A young engineer and more specifically, a Designer, is extremely hard to find. We are always wanting to know who is out there.

Job Details

• Lead and support full civil engineering design tasks : site design, stormwater / drainage analysis, utilities, grading, permitting, etc.
• Prepare and review construction documents, ensuring technical accuracy, code compliance, and constructability.
• Conduct feasibility studies, due diligence investigations, and utility / infrastructure planning.
• Assist or lead permitting efforts (municipal, county, state, federal) including stormwater, environmental, zoning.
• Participate in expert witness work and eminent domain-related engineering : impact analysis, mitigation, cost to cure, and support for legal processes (depositions, mediations, etc.).
