About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

License : RN License in compact state

Certifications : PALS, BLS, Fingerprints required

Must-Have : Experience with Home Ventilators

Description :

This position requires a registered nurse to work in a pediatric stepdown setting.

The nurse will float to other children's units as needed.

The nurse may also be assigned as a sitter for patients on a 1 : 1 basis.

Experience with Cerner charting is preferred.

Candidates should have experience in Level 1 Trauma care.

The unit primarily cares for surgical service lines, but medicine overflow may also be seen.

Every other weekend and holiday commitment is required.

Home ventilator experience is necessary for this role.
