Key Responsibilities
Develops and manages forecasts for volume and resource capacity requirements
Coordinates forecasting activities with contact center team members and reviews reports for staffing efficiency
Analyzes data to provide recommendations for process improvements and ensures compliance with guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
2 - 4 years of related experience preferred
Equivalent experience may be considered
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
Experience with data analysis and predictive analytics
