Experienced Community Health Medical Leader Needed for Medical Director Position, in Sonoma County California : Santa Rosa Community Health organization is looking for a Medical Director for their largest clinic in Sonoma County, that averages over 420 patient visits a day. This individual would have clinical leadership responsibilities of family medicine, pediatrics, womens health, behavioral health, HIV medicine, Addiction center, Optometry, Homeless center care and more. This individual would also be deeply involved in the organizations Family Medicine Residency program, recruitment & retention, staff development, staff meetings, patient safety, annual reviews, risk management committee, oversite of billings and be responsible for operational and financial performance of the clinic. The Medical Director will be teamed up with a Site Director, whom both only report to the CMO and CEO. This organization began in 1996 and now has 9 clinics, 500 employees, is a certified Patient Center Medical Home, and is a Federally Qualified Health Center.
