Role Overview

The Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging, on-brand content including specific marketing advice targeted towards small business owners. We are looking for a self-starter who is comfortable on camera and who can learn a marketing topic and create, edit, and post educational marketing content.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish marketing content across multiple platforms (social media, blogs, email, video, podcasts, and more).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with client goals.
• Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that captures attention and inspires action.
• Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to optimize content performance.
• Repurpose and adapt content for different formats, audiences, and distribution channels.
• Analyze content performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Maintain a consistent voice, style, and brand guidelines across all content.

Compensation based on experience

In-Office Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
