Description :

Must have a minimum of 2 years of inpatient physical therapy experience in an acute care setting.

This position will cover inpatient acute care and skilled nursing facility.

A Kentucky physical therapy license is required.

Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are needed.

Candidates are expected to reside within 100 miles of the facility to be considered.
