Responsibilities
- Manage garage door installation and service projects from start to finish.
- Oversee and schedule production teams, ensuring timely and high-quality job completion.
- Conduct site visits and project inspections to maintain safety and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare estimates, quotes, and sales proposals for residential and commercial projects.
- Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring field and production staff.
- Monitor project budgets, materials, and inventory.
- Promote company products and services to increase revenue and market presence.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Physical Demands
The role of a Garage Door Installer requires physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and in varying environmental conditions.
