Order Picker / Transit Driver

WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Order Picker / Transit Driver to pick up products from the warehouse and deliver them to various local company locations.

This is a great opportunity to join our WeatherTech Direct team!

  • The base hourly rate starts at $22.00 per hour
  • The schedule will be Sunday – 8 : 30am – 5 : 00pm; Monday - Thursday 10 : 30am – 7 : 00pm

As an Order Picker / Transit Driver you will

  • Monitor emails and the website for customer orders; pick orders from Warehouse upon receipt utilizing an RF Scanner
  • Load products into carts, move carts into Transit / cargo van and safely drive Transit / cargo van to deliver products to their requested location
  • Communicate with various departments to coordinate the delivery of various documents and products for internal purposes
  • Operate various material handling equipment to pick and move products
  • Unloading bulk returns & entering returns into the database
  • Looking over returns & either cleaning them or disposing of the damaged product
  • Work a varied schedule & work overtime as business demands including extended hours and / or weekends
  • Train employees on different functions of the work area to ensure they can perform the tasks properly; share knowledge and best practices to help aid efficiency and productivity
  • Follow company safety rules and keep designated work area in a clean and orderly condition
  • Perform other duties as assigned

    • Qualified Candidates will

  • Have at least 2 years of steady professional driving experience
  • Have at least 6 months of experience working in a warehouse
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license
  • Have great attendance and punctuality
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Be fluent in English
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
