Mennonite Village is a not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that has been serving Mid-Willamette Valley for over 78 years. Our purpose is to be a community where residents live their best lives. Our values are Integrity, Excellence, and Respect. Mennonite Home is our Skilled Nursing department. This department consists of 21 skilled nursing beds on each floor for a total of 42 skilled nursing beds. We provide 24-hour post-op, short-term, and long-term services and support.
Join our On-call pool : Our On-call CNAs are an essential part of our care team. The on-call pool consists of CNAs who share their availability - which shifts and days they can work. When an open shift matches your stated availability, we'll reach out to you to see if you are able to fill it. To thank you for your flexibility and commitment, you'll receive a $1.50 per hour for each hour you're available. If you are called in you will receive your regular hourly wage plus the $1.50 on-call premium. Additional programs, including eligibility and attendance expectations, are available upon request.
Current On-call Opportunities : Day shift (6am - 2 : 15pm) availability on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday Evening shift (2pm - 10 : 15pm) availability on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday Must be available for at least 2 shifts listed above to qualify.

What you will be doing? Your day will involve assisting with activities of daily living (ADL), monitoring health statuses, and ensuring safety during care procedures, all while keeping accurate documentation. Understanding resident rights and dignity Valid CNA certification in Oregon required in the first 120 days of employment. CPR / AED certification required in the first 120 days of employment. Experience in Long-term care is preferred.
