Job Summary : The Training & Quality Specialist (TQS) is responsible for training hourly workers and ensuring quality standards across all departments of the DC. This role delivers comprehensive and engaging training programs that prepare individuals for their roles at DHL, considering diverse learning styles and fostering motivation. Additionally, the TQS conducts thorough audits of employee work and supports identification of root cause issues. This role actively participates in the implementation of improvement measures to enhance quality performance in line with DHL's vision to be the Quality Leader. A strong understanding of DC operations, training methodologies, and quality control processes is required.
