Job Description
Professional level sales position supporting advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. Responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and acquisition. Partners with GM to manage Team Members. Requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, sourcing from various channels including special orders, FDO, and second sources. Ability to direct drivers for timely delivery. Full-time position.

Essential Job Skills
Prior Experience
Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred. Proven sales ability and team leadership experience are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Certificates and Licenses
ASE Certification preferred but not required.
Physical Demands
Must be able to walk, stand, lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Must have good vision and dexterity.
Work Environment
Primarily inside, with occasional outside work in various weather conditions. Exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise. Moderate noise level.
Position eligible for sales commissions based on performance.
Compensation Range
$19.95 - $21.95 per hour
