Job Description

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization by driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage advanced manufacturing operations to drive operational excellence and process optimization.
  • Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve operational goals.
  • Identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies to drive innovation and cost efficiencies.
  • Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • WE VALUE

  • Experience in implementing advanced manufacturing technologies and processes.

    The Business Unit

    Mechanical Systems & Components provides a wide range of mechanical products and value-adding services to Honeywell Aerospace customers, including aircraft manufacturers and operators, and agencies of the U.S. government. The business develops and manufactures air and thermal systems, mechanical components, and wheels and braking systems. It also manages and operates facilities for the Federal government. Every 5 seconds, an aircraft lands with Honeywell Wheels and brakes. The entire fleet of U.S. military fighters and trainers use Honeywell Cabin Pressure Systems.
