About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on technology leader to serve as our next VP of Machine Learning and Data Science. In this pivotal role, you’ll own and drive the end-to-end AI / ML lifecycle, from research and algorithmic innovation to scalable, real-time production deployment.

You’ll lead and unify our Data Science (DS) and Machine Learning Engineering (MLE) teams, shaping the strategic vision and execution of our AI / ML initiatives that directly impact product innovation, customer value, and business growth.

This is a unique opportunity to build enterprise-grade ML systems using modern technologies like foundation models, GenAI, and MLOps, while operating in a fast-paced, stable, and mission-driven environment.
